2. OBJECT

These general conditions of contract apply strictly to all the proposed s manufacturing products, or services associated with these, made by JJ BRAVO SA bound for professionals and supplement the provisions of Legal Notice.

Any manufacturing proposal made to J.J. BRAVO S.A. through its website jjbravo.com, it implies as an essential and determining condition, the acceptance without any reservation by the Client of these General Contracting Conditions, as well as the particular conditions that, where appropriate, are included, by means of the publication of said modifications in the web pages, so that they can be known by the clients, stating the date of the notifications.

During the manufacturing proposal process, the user will hold the status of customer.

3. LIABILITY OF JJ BRAVO SA

JJ BRAVO, SA undertakes that the contents, data or information regarding the products or services offered on its website, are reliable, exact and truthful, thus being responsible for the prices and characteristics advertised. However, it will not be responsible for any information that has been entered, displayed or modified by third parties outside of JJ BRAVO, SA

JJ BRAVO SA reserves the right to interrupt access to the website, as well as the provision of any or all of the services provided through the jjbravo.com web pages and , at any time and without prior notice, either for technical, security, control, maintenance reasons, due to power supply failures or for any other justified cause.

In addition, JJ BRAVO SA does not assume any responsibility derived, by way of example but not limited to:

1) Errors or damage to websites due to inefficient use of the service and in bad faith by third parties.

2) The use of the materials provided on the websites made by third parties in violation of the intellectual and / or industrial property rights of the web content.

3) Problems in the email address or non-operability of the same, which has been provided by the client to send the requested information.

4) Eventual damages and losses to customers that have been caused by normal or abnormal operation of the tools, content and / or access to the web and, in general, of those errors or problems that are generated in the development or instrumentation of the technical elements that make up the web portal .

5) Failures or incidents that may occur in communications, deletion or incomplete transmissions, so that it is not guaranteed that the services of the website are constantly operational.

6) Errors or delays in access by the client when accessing the web at the time of entering their data in the corresponding form or any other anomaly that may arise when these incidents are due to problems in the Internet network , fortuitous event or force majeure or any other unforeseeable contingency and beyond the good faith of JJ BRAVO SA

In any case, JJ BRAVO SA undertakes to solve all those problems that may arise and are within its competence, and to offer the necessary support to the client to reach a satisfactory and rapid solution to the incident.

4. OBLIGATIONS OF CUSTOMERS AND USERS

I) Every client undertakes to use the Services diligently, as well as to comply with the instructions for use and warnings contained in these conditions of contract and use. By way of example and not limitation, the client undertakes:

a) Provide truthful information about the data requested in the user registration form and when placing the order.

b) Do not use false identities, or impersonate third parties either in the registration phase or in the contracting of products in the online store.

c) Not to introduce, store or disseminate information or material that in any way violates fundamental rights, public freedoms, privacy, the image of third parties, honour and in general against current regulations.

d) Not to introduce, store or disseminate through the web, any program, data, virus, code, or any other physical or electronic device that is likely to cause damage to the web portals, in any of the services, equipment, systems or networks of JJ BRAVO SA , of any other client or in general of any third party.

II) The client who makes an order manufacturing proposal through the web or by other means of communication, undertakes to provide a postal address where the requested order can be delivered within the usual merchandise delivery schedule. In case of breach by the client of this obligation, JJ BRAVO SA will not have any responsibility for the impossibility of delivery of the requested order and the expenses incurred.

III) All clients will be liable for damages of any kind that they may suffer on the occasion or as a consequence of the breach of any of the obligations previously set out by JJ BRAVO SA , as well as any others included in these General Conditions and / or those imposed by Law in relation to the use of the web.

IV) JJ BRAVO SA reserves the right to update the contents, as well as to eliminate, limit or prevent access to them, temporarily or permanently when it deems it appropriate, as well as to deny access to the web portals to all user who misuses the contents and / or breaches any of these General Conditions.

V) JJ BRAVO SA will at all times ensure that the current legal system is respected.

5. ORDER AND SERVICES PROPOSAL.

I) The user can make their order proposal by selecting the product or products they want with the minimum manufacturing quantity specified by each product. The products will accumulate in your account after clicking the "Add " button .

II ) During the process, the user can add or remove products from the account freely.

III) Once a product has been selected, you can return to the catalogue to continue selecting more products.

IV) When you no longer want to select more products, the order proposal will be finalized by pressing the " Process " button, previously accepting the general conditions .

V) JJ BRAVO, SA will send the client by email the confirmation of the order proposal indicating the approximate delivery date and the payment conditions required to start the manufacturing of the order.

VI) If during the manufacturing process there is any impossibility of the manufacture and delivery of an item, you will be informed, reserving the right to cancel said product and exempting itself from any liability.

VI I ) For design, prototyping and manufacturing services of exclusive customer products , send us your project through our email jjbravo@jjbravo.com . All information concerning the project will be dealt s with complete confidentiality.

6. DELIVERY TIMES

I)  The delivery period for the manufacture of the order will be between 5 to 8 weeks from the date of the deposit required for the commissioning of the order.

II) JJ BRAVO, SA will deliver the merchandise on the scheduled dates. However, reserves and l right to increase e l term delivery problems outside of production or lack of supply of raw materials, exempting from any liability.

7. PRICES

I) The prices of the products shown on the web are merely informative and are calculated based on the price reflected in the characteristics of the product.

II) The prices of the items once the order is finished, will be calculated based on the quotation of the day of their invoicing.

8. PAYMENT METHOD

I) Payments shall be made in Euros by bank transfer to the indicated account in the confirmation of the order and invoice, requiring confirmation of l payment by email to: jjbravo@jjbravo.com

9. TRANSPORTATION AND SHIPPING COSTS

I) The merchandise will be sent by FedEx or UPS.

II) Transportation and insurance costs will be charged to the customer in an invoice according to the weight and volume of the shipment .

10. GUARANTEES AND RETURNS

Products once received must n be checked for any possible manufacturing defect having a period of 15 days from receipt to report the defect . Once the causes of the defect have been analyzed, you will receive the agreement for its return at no cost, to be answered as soon as possible or to pay it by credit note.

This guarantee does not include those deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, incorrect use, improper handling, wear and tear due to normal use, etc., so that products that present these deficiencies will not be replaced or exchanged.

13. DATA PROTECTION

The data provided will be incorporated into an automated file owned by JJ BRAVO SA (owner of the web pages jjbravo.com and) , called "Clients" in order to carry out this contract and inform you about the new jewelry products.

14. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION

To file complaints in the use of our services, you can contact the electronic or physical address indicated above by mail, having to resort in any case to an amicable solution in the first instance.

These General Conditions are subject to Spanish legislation, which will be applicable in relation to their validity, interpretation, execution and compliance. Both parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Córdoba, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.

The User declares to have read, know and accept these General Conditions in their entirety.
